The Raida Blouse is a statement blouse centered around its signature circular yoke. With three front construction options, two sleeve lengths, two body lengths, and optional ruffles, Raida offers countless ways to create a blouse that’s uniquely yours.

Features:

- signature circular yoke
- three front construction views (button-up, simple yoke, or gathered yoke)

Ideal fabrics:
- linen
- cotton lawn
- cotton poplin

Also works well with:
- light to mid-weight wovens including:
— cotton sateen
— Indian block print cotton
— lyocell
— shirting
— viscose crepe
— linen/viscose blends

Tips:
- Fabrics with some drape create softer gathers around the circular yoke.
- Crisp fabrics highlight the pin tucks and architectural details.
- Heavier fabrics may make the gathered yoke (View C) more difficult to sew.
- This pattern is a great candidate for repurposed vintage bed sheets.

Required sewing level:
- Intermediate. While each individual technique is beginner-friendly, the number of construction steps makes this pattern best suited for sewists ready for a longer project.
