Returns & Refunds Policy
Because all Madswick LLC products are delivered digitally (PDF sewing patterns), all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Digital products cannot be returned the way physical goods can, and access cannot be revoked once delivered.
If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, contact us at hello@madswick.com and we will help you get access.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Files
If you receive:
• A corrupted file
• A file that will not open
• The wrong pattern
Email hello@madswick.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide a corrected file or replacement download at no cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
If you would like a different pattern, you will need to purchase it separately.

European Union Customers
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once download or access has begun.
By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital files and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw at that time.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (for example, if an error occurred), it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
